Derecho Inmobiliario y cuestiones Fiscales

It’s summer, time to enjoy your holiday, the beach and the sunshine. The Balearic Islands offer a thousand and one adventures during this time of the year. Make the most of them on a motorbike! Imagine: a pretty white Vespa, the sea on one side and the mountains on the other with pine trees and palm trees… A little trip to San Antonio to watch the sunset, discovering Cala S’Almunaina and going for a swim in a paradisiacal cove, driving around Formentera feeling the wind on your face… You’re tempted, aren’t you? One question our customers often ask is whether you’re allowed to drive a motorbike on a category B EU-licence. The Council Directive on Driving Licences states that if you hold a valid category-B EU licence that is more than three years old, you’re allowed to drive motorbikes under category A1 within national territory. This means that you can ride a motorbike up to 125cc. The Bufete Frau team wishes you a nice summer. Enjoy the beaches, take good care of our island and, most important, take care when driving.
